My Approach

I use methods that research has shown to be effective, combining traditional psychotherapy with practical consulting. My approach includes:

  • Learning to work with difficult thoughts and emotions while taking steps toward what matters to you (Therapist speak: CBT, ACT and DBT are my thing!)

  • Understanding how your thoughts influence your feelings and behaviors

  • Exploring relationship patterns and communication styles (Therapist speak: I love working with attachment and relationships!)
